A delegation of 16 construction and environmental experts from Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, visited Vancouver in the fall of 1999 to study Canadian construction technologies. This visit was organized as a follow-up mission after ICSC led a workshop on Sustainable Building and Community Design in Changzhou in 1998
