One of the key development outputs of working with Vertrag Planejamento was Nathan's project with the Santa Helena Plano Diretor. The Diretor is a federally mandated city plan required for all municipalities with populations greater than 20,000 or of specific environmental or strategic significance.

Vertrag has created Plano Diretor for cities throughout the state of Parana. Nathan was instrumental in the elaboration of the Plano Diretor for Santa Helena, working closely with the planning team and participating in urban planning tours.
